These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the h444 platform and its users. By using the h444 website, mobile version, or any related service, you fully accept and agree to abide by these terms.

The word "platform" used in this document refers to all services, websites, applications, and related digital channels of h444. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered with h444 or is using its services.

3.3 Updating Information

If any information in your account changes (such as mobile number or email), notify the h444 support team immediately. Outdated or incorrect information may cause issues during account verification.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount at h444 is ৳300 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Payment via third-party accounts or in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
• Funds deposited into the account may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
• For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at h444 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Another example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x (on the bonus amount only).
• For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once; claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If a withdrawal is made after accepting a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• h444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected with the intent of exploiting bonus offers, the bonus will be cancelled.
• VIP members can enjoy weekly cashback and special benefits according to their tier.

5.3 VIP Program Terms

h444's VIP program has four tiers, each with a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active. VIP benefits apply only to active and eligible members.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• All games at h444 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, h444 reserves the right to apply the correct result.
• h444 will not be liable if any game is left incomplete due to server issues or internet disconnection.
• The platform's established rules must be followed while playing any game.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Sports betting is conducted for entertainment purposes only.
• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless h444 approves it under special circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to standard industry rules.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

While playing in h444's live casino section, respectful behaviour towards dealers and other players must be maintained. Indecent, offensive, or threatening behaviour will result in immediate account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at h444 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using hacking, bots, or automated software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Cheating or engaging in collusive fraud with other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to h444's systems or network.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.

8.1 Suspension or Closure by h444

In the following circumstances, h444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity being found.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period (as per the applicable inactivity policy).
• Refusing to complete age verification or the KYC process.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You can close your account at any time. To do so, contact the h444 support team. Before submitting a request to close your account:

• Withdraw any eligible funds remaining in your account.
• Complete any active bets or games.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus will be cancelled.

h444 does not accept responsibility for the following:

• If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue.

• If account security is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
